How much does it cost to reserve the studio?

Reserve Day Studio is $89 for the day.

Your reservation includes exclusive use of the entire studio from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on your selected date.

Is the studio private during my reservation?

Yes. Your reservation gives you exclusive use of the entire studio for your reserved day. No other renters will be scheduled in the space during your booking.

What hours are included with my rental?

Your studio rental is from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Early access or extended time is not included unless approved in advance.

Do I have to commit to a weekly or monthly rental?

No. Reserve Day Studio is designed for flexible day-use rentals.

You simply reserve the days you need. There is no monthly commitment or long-term lease.

What setup options are available?

Available setup options may include:

Nail Setup
Hair/Beauty Setup
Desk/Business Setup

You will select your preferred setup during booking.

Can I change my setup after booking?

Setup changes should be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Same-day setup changes may not be available.

Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes. You should bring the tools, products, supplies, materials, and specialty equipment needed for your approved use of the studio.

Please contact Reserve Day Studio in advance if you plan to bring large equipment or have special setup requirements.

What can I use Reserve Day Studio for?

Reserve Day Studio may be used for approved professional, business, beauty, and creative activities, including:

• Beauty services

• Nail services

• Makeup services

• Braiding and dry hair services

• Wig installation

• Content creation and photography

• Client consultations

• Business meetings

• Pop-ups and product displays

• Workshops and demonstrations

• Creative projects

• Temporary professional workspace

• Other approved small-business uses

You will be asked to describe your planned use during booking.

Are hair services allowed?

Yes, approved hair and beauty services are permitted as long as they do not require shampooing, a dedicated water source, specialized plumbing, or other facilities that are not available in the studio.

Can I sell products or merchandise?

Yes, approved product and merchandise sales may be permitted.

You are responsible for any licenses, permits, sales-tax requirements, or other obligations associated with your business.

Can I host a workshop or demonstration?

Yes, approved workshops, demonstrations, or similar professional activities may be permitted.

Please describe the activity during booking so Reserve Day Studio can confirm that the space is appropriate for your planned use.

Can I create photos or videos in the studio?

Yes. Photography and content creation are permitted when they are part of your approved use of the space.

You are responsible for obtaining permission from anyone appearing in your photos or videos.

Can I decorate the studio?

Light décor may be permitted as long as it does not damage walls, furniture, fixtures, or equipment.

All decorations and personal items must be removed before your rental ends.

How do I book the studio?

Select an available date through the Book Your Day page, choose your preferred setup, tell us how you plan to use the studio, review the policies, and complete your payment online.

Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been completed.

How do I access the studio?

Your studio access information will be emailed approximately 4 hours before your rental begins.

Your access code is for your use only and should not be shared with unauthorized individuals.

Can I arrive before 8:00 AM?

No. Your rental begins at 8:00 AM unless early access has been approved in advance.

Can I stay after 8:00 PM?

Your rental ends at 8:00 PM.

Extended time is not included unless approved in advance.

Can I tour the studio before booking?

Yes. Tours are available by appointment.

Use the Schedule a Tour page to request an in-person or FaceTime tour before reserving your day.

Are there security cameras inside the studio?

Yes. Reserve Day Studio uses security cameras inside the studio for safety, security, property protection, and policy compliance.

Cameras may monitor appropriate studio and common areas during your reservation.

Security footage may be reviewed if needed in connection with safety concerns, property damage, policy violations, disputes, or other legitimate business purposes.

Cameras are not intended to be used in areas where a person would reasonably expect privacy.

Can the cameras be covered or turned off?

No. Security cameras and monitoring equipment may not be covered, moved, disabled, disconnected, or tampered with.

Tampering with security equipment may result in termination of the reservation and/or loss of future rental privileges.

Can I bring clients or guests?

Yes. You may bring clients, customers, guests, assistants, or other approved individuals associated with your reservation.

You are responsible for everyone you invite into the studio.

Can another professional work with me?

Yes, but additional professionals or assistants should be disclosed during booking or approved in advance.

Am I responsible for cleaning the studio?

Yes.

Before leaving, renters are expected to remove personal belongings and supplies, dispose of trash, clean and sanitize used areas, and leave the studio organized and ready for the next renter.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before your reservation.

Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable but may be eligible for one reschedule with management approval, subject to availability.

What happens if I do not show up?

No-shows and missed reservations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

What if I arrive late or leave early?

Your reservation remains scheduled from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Late arrival, early departure, or unused rental time is not prorated or refundable.
