Frequently Asked Questions
How does booth rental work?
Open Chair Beauty offers flexible daily booth rentals for independent nail professionals.
Simply choose the day you would like to work, reserve your booth online, and complete your payment. Once your reservation is confirmed,
you will receive your salon access code by email approximately 4 hours before your scheduled rental time.
Your reservation gives you access to your selected booth for the day you booked.
How much does it cost to rent a booth?
Daily booth rentals are $39 per day.
The $39 rate is a flat daily rental fee and allows you to use your reserved booth during the available salon hours for that day.
Do I have to use the booth for the entire day?
No. You may use your booth for as much or as little of the rental day as you need.
However, the $39 daily rental fee is not prorated or partially refundable if you choose to use the space for only part of the day.
Do I need to book my booth in advance?
Yes. All booth rentals must be booked in advance.
Booth availability is limited, so we recommend reserving your space as early as possible.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental time.
Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
However, you may request to reschedule your reservation one time to another available date approved by management.
No-shows and missed reservations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
