Open Chair Beauty Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: August 25, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern booth rentals, reservations, and use of the salon space provided by Open Chair Beauty in Winter Garden, Florida.
By booking a booth, making payment, entering the salon, or using the Open Chair Beauty premises, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booth Rental Services
Open Chair Beauty provides flexible daily salon booth rentals for independent nail and beauty professionals.
A booth rental provides access to a designated salon workspace for the date reserved. Booth rentals are offered on a daily basis and do not create a long-term lease, employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Open Chair Beauty and the renter.
2. Rental Rate
The daily booth rental rate is $39 per day, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
The rental fee covers access to the reserved booth for the available rental period on the selected date.
The rental rate is a flat daily fee. No portion of the rental fee will be prorated or refunded because a renter arrives late, leaves early, or chooses not to use the booth for the entire available rental period.
3. Advance Reservations
All booth rentals must be reserved and paid for in advance.
Availability is not guaranteed until a reservation has been successfully completed and payment has been received.
Open Chair Beauty reserves the right to limit availability, close certain dates, change available hours, or refuse a reservation when reasonably necessary.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time.
Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. However, the renter may request to reschedule the reservation one time to another available date approved by management.
Rescheduling is subject to booth availability.
No-shows and missed reservations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
5. Salon Access
Renters will receive a salon access code by email approximately 4 hours before their scheduled rental time.
Access codes are issued only to the individual who made the reservation and must not be shared with another nail professional, assistant, guest, or unauthorized person.
Renters are responsible for safeguarding their access information.
Unauthorized sharing or misuse of an access code may result in immediate termination of salon access and restriction from future bookings.
6. Security Monitoring
Open Chair Beauty uses a remote security monitoring system to help protect the salon, its property, renters, and clients.
By entering and using the premises, renters acknowledge that security monitoring may occur in permitted areas of the salon for purposes including safety, security, property protection, and enforcement of salon policies.
Security systems may not be tampered with, covered, disabled, or interfered with in any way.
7. Independent Professional Status
Each renter operates as an independent beauty professional.
Renters are not employees of Open Chair Beauty and are solely responsible for their own:
Clients and appointments
Services performed
Pricing and payment collection
Products and supplies
Business operations
Taxes
Licenses and permits
Insurance
Professional obligations
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Open Chair Beauty does not supervise, direct, or control the services provided by individual renters.
8. Licensing and Professional Requirements
Each renter is responsible for maintaining all licenses, registrations, certifications, permits, insurance, and other professional requirements necessary to legally perform the services they offer.
A renter may not perform any service that they are not legally authorized or qualified to perform.
Open Chair Beauty may request documentation of professional credentials when reasonably necessary.
9. Renter Supplies and Equipment
Unless specifically stated otherwise, renters are responsible for providing the tools, products, equipment, disposable materials, and sanitation supplies necessary to perform their services.
Personal items, products, and equipment must be removed at the end of the rental period unless management has approved other arrangements.
Open Chair Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or abandoned personal property.
10. Cleaning and Sanitation
Renters must leave their booth and surrounding work area clean, sanitized, organized, and ready for the next renter.
Before leaving the salon, renters must:
Clean and sanitize work surfaces
Properly dispose of trash and used materials
Remove personal products, tools, and belongings
Clean any shared areas used
Leave furniture and equipment in appropriate condition
Failure to properly clean the workspace may result in cleaning charges, suspension of booking privileges, or termination of future rental access.
11. Clients and Guests
Renters are responsible for the conduct and safety of their clients and guests while on the premises.
The renter must ensure that clients and guests comply with salon policies and do not interfere with other renters, clients, or salon operations.
Renters are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their clients, or their guests.
Open Chair Beauty is not responsible for disputes between renters and their clients.
12. Additional Professionals and Assistants
A booth reservation is intended for the individual renter who made the booking.
Another nail professional, assistant, or service provider may not independently work from the reserved booth without prior approval from Open Chair Beauty management.
Reservations may not be transferred or resold.
13. Children and Additional Guests
Clients receiving services may enter the salon.
To maintain a professional environment, renters are expected to limit unnecessary guests.
Any children or additional guests accompanying a renter or client remain the responsibility of the renter.
Guests must not disrupt salon operations or create unsafe conditions.
14. Damage to Salon Property
Renters must exercise reasonable care when using salon furniture, equipment, fixtures, and other property.
The renter may be financially responsible for damage caused by the renter, their clients, or their guests beyond ordinary wear and tear.
Any damage, malfunction, accident, or safety concern should be reported to management promptly.
Open Chair Beauty may charge the renter for reasonable repair, replacement, or cleaning costs resulting from damage or misuse.

Conduct that creates an unsafe or unsanitary environment
Open Chair Beauty reserves the right to immediately remove or restrict any person whose conduct threatens the safety, security, reputation, or operation of the salon.
16. Late Arrival and Early Departure
A late arrival does not extend the renter's reservation.
Early departure does not entitle the renter to a refund, credit, or prorated rental rate.
17. Photography and Social Media
Renters may photograph or record their own workspace, services, or clients for legitimate business and social media purposes.
Renters must respect the privacy of other professionals and clients.
No individual should be photographed, recorded, or posted publicly without appropriate permission.
Content creation must not interfere with salon operations or other renters.
18. Personal Property
Renters and clients are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Open Chair Beauty is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, or disappearance of personal property brought onto the premises, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
19. Assumption of Responsibility
Renters are responsible for maintaining safe and professional working practices while using the salon.
Each renter accepts responsibility for risks arising from their own services, products, equipment, clients, business activities, and conduct.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Open Chair Beauty is not responsible for losses, injuries, claims, damages, business interruptions, client disputes, lost income, or other damages arising from a renter's independent services or business activities.
Open Chair Beauty does not guarantee any particular level of clientele, revenue, bookings, or business success from renting a booth.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, renters agree to be responsible for claims, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from their own services, negligence, misconduct, violation of law, breach of these Terms, or actions of their clients or guests.

Violation of these Terms & Conditions
A renter whose privileges are suspended or terminated may not create another reservation without management approval.

Open Chair Beauty may cancel, relocate, or modify a reservation when circumstances outside its reasonable control make the salon unavailable or unsafe.
If Open Chair Beauty cancels a reservation because the rented space cannot be provided, the renter may be offered a rescheduled date, credit, or refund as determined by management and applicable law.
24. Changes to Policies and Terms
Open Chair Beauty may update these Terms & Conditions, rental rates, salon policies, hours, or procedures from time to time.
The version in effect at the time of a reservation will generally apply to that booking unless a change is required for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
