Reserve Day Studio Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern reservations and use of the rental space provided by Reserve Day Studio in Winter Garden, Florida, including Nail Station Rentals and Full Studio Rentals.
By making a reservation, submitting payment, entering the studio, or using the Reserve Day Studio premises, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Studio Policies, and the applicable Cancellation Policy.
1. Day Studio Rental
Reserve Day Studio offers flexible day-use studio rentals.
Your reservation provides use of the studio during the rental period stated in your booking confirmation.
The studio may be configured based on your selected setup and intended use.
Available setups may include:
Nail Setup
Hair/Beauty Setup
Open Space Setup
Other approved configurations when available
Setup options are subject to availability and must be selected or requested in advance.
2. Who Can Use the Studio
Reserve Day Studio is designed for independent professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and small businesses that need a professional space for the day.
Approved uses may include:
Nail services
Makeup services
Braiding and dry hair services
Wig installation
Beauty services
Content creation and photography
Product or merchandise sales
Small pop-ups
Client consultations
Business meetings
Workshops or demonstrations
Creative projects
Other approved professional or business uses
All uses must be disclosed during the booking process and are subject to approval.
3. Reservations
All reservations must be booked and paid for in advance through Reserve Day Studio’s approved booking system.
A reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.
The studio is reserved only for the date and rental period shown in the renter’s confirmation.
4. Rental Rates
Rental rates are displayed at the time of booking.
Rental fees are charged for the reserved rental period and are not prorated for:
Late arrival
Early departure
Unused time
Changes in the renter’s schedule
Any optional services, special setups, or additional accommodations may require additional fees.
5. Studio Setup
Renters must select or request their preferred studio setup during booking.
Reserve Day Studio will make reasonable efforts to prepare the studio according to the selected setup.
Same-day setup changes may not be available.
Furniture or equipment may not be moved, removed, or reconfigured without approval.
Custom setup requests are subject to availability and management approval.
6. Intended Use
Renters must accurately describe how they plan to use the studio.
Activities that were not disclosed during booking may require approval before they are conducted.
Reserve Day Studio reserves the right to prohibit any activity that is unsafe, illegal, disruptive, damaging, or incompatible with the studio.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following are prohibited unless specifically approved in advance:
Illegal or unlicensed activities
Medical or invasive procedures
Services requiring plumbing, drainage, or ventilation not available in the studio
Hair services requiring shampooing or a dedicated water source
Hazardous chemicals or materials
Excessive smoke, fumes, odors, or open flames
Activities that may damage the studio or building
Excessively loud or disruptive activities
Activities that create unsafe or unsanitary conditions
Uses that differ significantly from the purpose disclosed during booking
Reserve Day Studio may immediately stop any activity that violates these Terms or creates a safety concern.
8. Studio Access
Access to Reserve Day Studio is provided only for the renter’s confirmed reservation period.
Access instructions and the studio entry code will generally be provided approximately 4 hours before the scheduled rental time.
Access codes may not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
Renters may not:
Enter before their scheduled rental period
Remain in the studio after their reservation ends
Return to the studio outside their reservation period
Provide studio access to individuals not associated with their reservation
unless prior approval has been provided.
9. Clients, Customers, and Guests
Renters are responsible for all clients, customers, guests, assistants, vendors, and other individuals they invite into the studio.
The renter is responsible for ensuring that everyone associated with their reservation follows Reserve Day Studio policies.
The renter may be financially responsible for damage caused by anyone associated with their reservation.
10. Additional Professionals
If multiple professionals will be working from the studio during the reservation, this must be disclosed during booking when requested.
Reserve Day Studio may limit the number of professionals, clients, guests, or vendors permitted in the studio for safety, occupancy, or operational reasons.
11. Licenses and Business Requirements
Renters are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, registrations, or other requirements applicable to their business or services.
Reserve Day Studio provides rental space only and does not authorize or license a renter to perform any particular service.
12. Renter Supplies
Unless specifically stated as included, renters are responsible for bringing the tools, products, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary for their activities.
Renters should confirm available studio furniture or equipment before assuming an item will be provided.
13. Product and Merchandise Sales
Product or merchandise sales may be permitted as part of an approved reservation.
Renters are responsible for any permits, registrations, sales taxes, payment processing, or other legal requirements associated with their sales activity.
14. Cleaning
Renters are responsible for leaving the studio clean and orderly.
Before leaving, renters must:
Remove all personal belongings
Remove products and supplies
Dispose of trash appropriately
Clean their work area
Return furniture and equipment as instructed
Leave the space in substantially the same condition in which it was provided
Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required.
15. Personal Property
Renters are responsible for their own property.
Reserve Day Studio is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or left behind.
Items may not be stored overnight unless prior approval has been provided.
16. Damage
Renters are responsible for damage caused by themselves or anyone associated with their reservation.
The renter may be charged for reasonable repair, replacement, cleaning, or restoration costs resulting from damage beyond normal wear.
17. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the reservation.
Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable but may be eligible for one reschedule with management approval, subject to availability.
No-shows and missed reservations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
18. Late Arrival and Early Departure
Rental time begins and ends according to the reservation confirmation.
Arriving late does not extend the rental period.
Leaving early does not qualify for a partial refund or credit.
19. Changes to a Reservation
Requests to change the reservation date, studio setup, intended use, number of professionals, or other booking details are subject to availability and approval.
Additional charges may apply when a requested change requires additional services, equipment, setup, or rental time.
20. Photography and Content Creation
Photography, video recording, and content creation are permitted when consistent with the approved use of the studio.
Renters are responsible for obtaining permission from individuals appearing in their photographs or recordings.
Content creation must not interfere with neighboring businesses, building operations, or applicable laws.
21. Security Monitoring
Reserve Day Studio may use security cameras or other monitoring systems in permitted areas for safety, security, and property protection.
Security monitoring does not replace the renter’s responsibility for their clients, guests, property, or business activities.
22. Professional Conduct
All renters and guests are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
Reserve Day Studio may terminate a reservation or require individuals to leave for:
Unsafe behavior
Harassment
Illegal activity
Property damage
Excessive disruption
Violation of studio policies
Misrepresentation of the intended use of the studio
23. Independent Business Relationship
Renters are independent professionals or businesses.
Renting Reserve Day Studio does not create an employment, partnership, franchise, joint venture, agency, or other business relationship between the renter and Reserve Day Studio.
Renters control their own clients, services, products, prices, and business operations.
24. No Guarantee of Business Results
Reserve Day Studio provides rental space only.
Reserve Day Studio does not guarantee:
Clients
Customers
Sales
Revenue
Business growth
Content performance
Bookings
Any other business result
25. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, renters use the studio at their own risk and remain responsible for their own business activities, clients, guests, equipment, products, and property.
Reserve Day Studio is not responsible for business losses, lost income, client disputes, personal property loss, or similar losses arising from a renter’s independent business activities, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
26. Suspension of Rental Privileges
Reserve Day Studio may refuse, suspend, or terminate future rental privileges for violations of these Terms, Studio Policies, safety requirements, payment requirements, or other serious or repeated misconduct.
Serious violations may result in immediate termination of the current reservation.
27. Changes to Policies
Reserve Day Studio may update its rental options, pricing, policies, operating procedures, and Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The policies applicable to a reservation will generally be those in effect when the reservation is made unless otherwise required by law.
28. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
29. Agreement
By completing a reservation and submitting payment, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Reserve Day Studio Terms & Conditions, Studio Policies, and Cancellation Policy.
The renter also acknowledges that the reservation provides use of the studio only for the reserved date, rental period, approved purpose, and selected setup.
